Our healthcare approach

Clear communication.
Careful decisions.

Healthcare marketing needs a clear scope and the right people reviewing the right information. Here is what we establish with a practice before the work begins.

Clinical review

Your practice nominates a reviewer for clinical information, practitioner details and service claims. Review points and responsibilities are written into the scope.

Claims with context

We distinguish the intended marketing outcome from a promise. Results keep their metric and time context; reach does not become a patient or revenue claim.

People and permissions

We agree who can appear in practice imagery and what permissions are needed. Illustrative scenes are labelled and are never presented as client testimonials.

Business enquiries only

Social Loom’s enquiry forms are for practice marketing requests. Please do not include patient names, treatment records or health information.

Appropriate systems

We scope administrative workflows and any booking-system hand-offs. A marketing CRM is not a clinical record system, and an integration needs its own access and data review.

Human responsibility

Automation supports defined administrative tasks. Clinical advice, suitability and care decisions remain with qualified people in your practice.

Requirements depend on the profession, service and channel. We establish review responsibilities with your practice; our marketing work is not a certification or legal opinion.
