How the Social Loom website collects and uses enquiry and website data.
Information collected
The enquiry form may collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number, primary market, enquiry brief, marketing priority and likely budget. Safe page, service, market and campaign attribution may also be attached so the response has useful context.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to the enquiry, assess fit, maintain a record of the conversation and improve the website. Enquiry consent permits that response only; it is not consent for marketing email or SMS. Information is not sold.
Systems and retention
Enquiry information is sent through the configured CRM form or a secure endpoint and may be processed by the customer relationship platform and supporting service providers. Bot Protection is enabled on the embedded form. Access should be limited to authorised operators and retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose and legal obligations.
Website measurement
Optional analytics remains off unless you accept it. Measurement events identify the page family and relevant service or market context, but the website does not place names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text or raw query strings into analytics events.
