Questions
A few things people often ask.
How is this adapted to a healthcare practice?
We agree the service journey, practitioner capacity, source information and review responsibilities before delivery. Your nominated practice reviewer checks clinical information and claims. Any booking or practice-system integration requires a separate access and scope review.
How does graphic design start?
We begin with discovery, access and a written scope. Deliverables, responsibilities, timing, measurement and exclusions are clear before delivery starts.
What will it cost?
We will shape a scoped quote around the work queue, formats, review rhythm and support your team needs.
Can this work with our existing team and suppliers?
Yes. Social Loom can own a focused workstream or coordinate with your team and specialist partners. Every hand-off and review point is named in the scope.
Can we carry a seven-hour allowance each month?
Yes. The core rhythm is one active queue with up to seven production hours each month; rollover is not included unless a new quote states otherwise.
How do revisions work?
The service includes up to two revision rounds within the monthly hour allowance and includes practical review to keep delivery predictable.
Can we include print production?
Print-ready assets and confirmed specifications can be included, but direct print procurement itself is outside scope.
What is not included in this service?
Rebrands, full motion systems, photography/videography, paid stock licences, after-hours emergencies and unlimited concepts are kept outside this scope.
