A first review should not end with a generic list of channels. It should explain what appears to be limiting the journey now, what supports that view and what needs to be checked before money or time is committed.
The snapshot should separate visible facts from assumptions. It should also name the hand-offs that need an owner, from landing-page clarity and tracking through to response time and follow-up.
The outcome is not a complete strategy. It is a focused next decision: what to fix first, what can wait and what information is still needed for a responsible scope.
